Two main ports — Port Harcourt I (Garden City) and Port Harcourt II (Onne). Handles general cargo, dry bulk, liquid bulk, and container traffic. Onne Port is a Free Zone with dedicated oil and gas logistics facilities.

Nearby terminals include Bonny Oil Terminal, Forcados, and Escravos for crude exports. Product imports handled at the main port and through coastal feeder vessels.
